1. Sales Associate

Looking for a Sales Associate to join the team. The candidate will help scale our Support Groups Product. SoulUp currently has the largest collection of Support Groups in India.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Owning metrics of lead conversion - prospecting, calling and closing of leads.
• Collating and analyzing insights from user/lead calls.
• Contributing to effort for increasing lead pipeline across SoulUp groups.

The candidate should see themselves grow into the role of a Sales Head or a Business head at SoulUp based on interest/skill level.

Some previous exposure to direct-to-user sales is preferred. There are no prerequisites for this role except:

• superb communication skills
• being detail-oriented and decently hands-on with spreadsheets

Salary: 3-4L CTC + Sales incentives

Location: Bangalore (required)
