Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

SoulUp is looking for a full-time Sales Associate to help people who reach out to us find the right mental health support. You'll be the first point of contact for users who have taken a quiz, requested recommendations, or are looking for therapy, support groups, or other services on SoulUp.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Calling leads who have reached out through the SoulUp website.
• Understanding users' needs and recommending the most suitable SoulUp offering.
• Helping users complete their bookings and driving paid conversions.
• Following up with interested users and maintaining high conversion rates.
• Recording user insights and feedback to help improve our product and sales process.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Someone who enjoys speaking with people and building rapport over calls.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a bonus).
• Comfortable making around 100 calls per day and working towards conversion targets.
• Prior experience in sales or telecalling is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Environment:

• Full-time, intensive role.
• 6 days a week, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM..
• Work directly with the founders as part of a small, fast-moving startup team.
