Care Pathway Therapist

Looking for an early-career therapist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for people reaching out to SoulUp—responding to queries via text or video, helping them understand possibilities for support, and guiding them to take the next step.

Primary responsibilities include:

1. Respond to inbound messages and calls from prospective users
2. Understand their concerns and suggest relevant SoulUp offerings
3. Get on short video calls to build trust and convert leads
4. Conduct therapy sessions if there are bookings
5. Share user insights with the internal team

Requirements

1. Completed Masters in Clinical or Counselling Psychology
2. Excellent communication and people skills
3. Comfortable on video and text

Salary: 25K per month + incentives

Location: Bangalore (Preferred)
