Therapist & Facilitator Network Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: SoulUp is looking for a full-time therapist to join our team! With the largest collection of support groups in India, you will play a key role in designing and leading impactful therapeutic spaces for individuals across the country.

• Lead the design and structure of support groups, and onboard expert therapists to facilitate them.
• Conduct 1-on-1 consultations in a limited capacity.
• Conduct Sharing Circles in limited capacity.
• Help expand the SoulUp therapist community.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Early-career therapist with at least 1 year of work experience post-Masters.
• Someone passionate about a community-based approach to mental health.

Salary: ₹30,000/month
