Therapy Business Manager

Help us build the future of therapy at scale.

This is not a narrow role. You’ll work across users, therapists, product, and growth — figuring out what works, what doesn’t, and what to build next.

If you like being in the middle of everything, this will feel like home.

What you’ll do

• Talk to users. Talk to therapists. Actually listen.
• Improve how our therapy offerings work (and feel)
• Track what’s happening (conversions, drop-offs, engagement)
• Launch new formats, test ideas, iterate fast
• Work across teams to make things happen

You might be a fit if you

• Have ~1–4 years of experience (startup/generalist roles are great)
• Are structured but not rigid
• Can look at data without overcomplicating it
• Are empathetic but also practical
• Want to build something meaningful in mental health
