Content Manager
(background in psychology mandatory)
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Content Manager who brings together a strong understanding of psychology and an eye for great content.
You’ll oversee and quality-check all written content that goes live on our platform, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and tone alignment. You’ll collaborate with writers, editors, and the website team to ensure that content is consistently high-quality and well-organized.
What You’ll Do
- Review and quality-check content produced by writers for accuracy, tone, and readability.
- Provide constructive feedback to writers and help improve their understanding of mental health nuances.
- Upload and organize content on the SoulUp website.
- Maintain and follow editorial processes for different content types (FAQs, therapist bios, blog posts, group descriptions, etc.).
- Collaborate with the team to plan weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Ensure consistency in language, format, and brand voice across all content.
Who You Are
- Background in psychology or mental health (a practicing or trained therapist is a strong plus).
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
- Experience in content management, editing, or working with writers.
- Familiarity with web publishing or content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, or similar) is an advantage.
